Our story is grounded in the big human story. It all started when one day I, the founder of MTS, visited a friend some 200 km away from the city where I live. On meeting the friend, I discovered he had planned to take his son to a barber's shop for a haircut, so while there I decided to accompany them to the barber's shop. We were so excited to see each other after a very long time, I remember just the trip to my friend's place was fabulous. After driving for about an hour we finally got to the barber's shop, but the shop was closed, what does one do in such a situation? We decided to do some sightseeing around the area to check again later. When we came back from the unplanned sightseeing, we found the barber's shop open but this time we had to wait in a very long queue, what an experience! This is how MTS came- to put people in control of about 90% of the whole process of getting a service.
